How to setup field/form for conditional filling in work information

Content

Hi experts,

I'm required to design a work experience form that candidates can firstly choose whether they are currently employed or on job searching or still at school.

If they choose they are still at school, then all the fields regarding employer, position, start date, etc. are hidden.

If they choose they are in between, then all the fields are optional.

If they choose they are currently employed, then all the fields are mandatory.

To my understanding, I can't achieve the requirement by setting up the fields, form or block, but hope I'm missing something.

Howdy, Stranger!
