To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Lock down # of offers to # of openings
Summary
Is there a way to lock down the # of offers to the # of openings on a req?Content
Good afternoon!
We are in an environment where management is trying to be quite vigilant and attention to the number of offers that are being made. In a few instances our HR partners have made more offers on requisitions than were positions approved. Is there a way to lock down the # of offers being made to tie it to the # of approved openings?
For some additional background - we are creating requisitions using the job library, so we can't fully use the active hire controls to change the status of the req.
