Career Statement thorugh Talent Meeting

Abilbity to see the Career Statment through the person details in Talent Meetings

Hi

We used to be able to see someone's career statement through the talent meeting by clicking on their jelly, show details and then the red triangle would take you to the persons details.

However with the changes in R11, we are no longer taken directly to the user we are taken to the smart navigation screen, and there is no option to navigate to the career statement.

Is there an alternative route to see this now?
