What is the difference between the Req Owner, Req Hiring Manager, and Req Recruiter in terms of access level and what they can and cannot do? I am asking because we're having an issue with Hiring Managers going into candidate data and making edits. We would like to restrict their access to view only and to view only which candidates the recruiter allows them to.
