The purpose of "not specified" selection
Summary
The purpose of "not specified" selectionContent
Hello,
I know there's a "Not Specified" choice for selection type of UDF, but I do not understand why it is there.
Can I not just have the selection values of what I design?
I read the Oracle document "SD 1553 Not Specified Selection", but I'd like to know the purpose and how do I explain to clients that by default there's a not specified selection and I cannot remove it.
Please advice.
Thanks much.
