Last year University got hit with a direct deposit fraud where phishers stole a few Blue passwords and changed a few doctor’s direct deposit so their payroll checks were sent off-shore.  We thought we were isolated from DD fraud because our old system required the submission of a paper form, even this did not slow down the fraudsters.  When Fusion is implemented, stolen domain credentials would allow anyone to simple use the stolen credentials to change direct deposit information without any intervention on our part.  What are the plans (technical or procedural) to prevent DD fraud from occurring in the
