To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

New Search Criteria on the Cancel and Delete Performance Document Pages

The November patch has changed the Search feature in the Cancel and Delete Performance Document Tasks.
You can no longer search on the performance document name alone, the Worker Name/Manager name/Job is also required.
Allowing the documents to be Cancelled and Deleted in Bulk or by Performance Document is extremely helpful, a feature we often use. Now having to identify each person who has each document individually will be incredibly time consuming.
Our customer is unhappy that basic Search for a Performance Document has been changed to use this same criteria, this is likely to make them even more unhappy with the product.
