Removing standard fields from Standard eOffer panel

We would like to remove some of the standard fields from the offer panel that we do not use. For example, we do not offer stock options so we would like to remove this field from the panel. When I got to configure the offer fields layout I can't figure out how to do this. Has anyone done something similar?
