Is it possible to set up a notification that goes out to the Hiring Manager when a new job post with them as the HM is posted?

I tried setting up a notification with an automatic trigger of Recruiting User and Job Post Notification with the HM email in the To: but nothing happened when I posted a job.

Any help would be great!
