To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Application eSignature in 2 parts
Content
Issue #1: Outside counsel has informed us that the states of Hawaii, Maryland and (another state I can't remember, maybe Utah?) mandate that any of their state-specific disclosures made to candidates are presented and acknowledged on a separate page from any other content (i.e. at-will notice, content provided is true agreement, etc....). Right now, there is only 1 e-signature block available to use and so we are forced out of compliance by obtaining e-signature on a single page.
Issue #2: The eSignature collected on that page does not have any validation. The person could enter "I do not agree to the above" and it would be accepted as eSignature by Taleo and then of course, would not hold up in court.
