Join attributes(compensation amoun) with Organization Hierarchy

when trying to make the joint between compensation amount and oraganization hierarchy the result of compensation amount for each person_number is wrong

Hello,

When I join any attributes from the Hierarchie Of organization with the person_id and compensation_amount the value of compensation_amount is wrong(multiplied * .....).

When I remove this column ,the compensation amount of each person_id is ok.

Does any body have an idea about this please?
