Hi all,

I am new to Oracle cloud HCM and as part of the implementation we were looking to produce a Bradford Factor Report.   Can anyone advise the formula to be used when absence leave is calculated in hours.  Our standard working day is 7.5 hours but we also need to take into account we have a large number of part timers who may work varying hours each day and may only work a few days a week.  Has anyone got a report that calculates BF based on hours and can advise how you deal with part timers.
