Folder Security UI is super slow

Folder Security UI is super slow

Hi,

Folder Security is a good feature provided by Oracle under Oracle Administration. However the UI is super slow and 15-20 mins to show up the user groups of that folder or if you switch between the folders. Its really frustating Has anyone else too experienced a similar problem?
