Disposition of individual candidate that applies to multiple reqs.

We often times have candidates that apply for many of our job postings, yet are not minimally qualified for any of them.

I would like to be able to disposition the candidate for all reqs with a single click.  I can disposition multiple candidates within a req., but not an individual candidate that applies for multiple jobs.   Our Taleo rep said that it cannot be done, unless we use knock out questions.   Does anyone have similar frustrations, or solution to reduce my pain points?

Example is attached.  It seems as though I must disposition the candidate one requisition at a time, and when a candidate applies for numerous positions, none of which they are minimally qualified for, I find it very tedious and seems silly that there isn't an easier way.  Any ideas???
