Add a fixed text content item to the Job profile

Is it possible to add a content type that has fixed text to be deployed to Job Profiles

Hi

We have a requirement for a small portion of our employees to create a fixed text content type that details an attestation process for confirming their job roles.

The population is around 50 staff, so I can't create a page level text entry (Without a complex expression). So Is it possible to create a content item and add text to this once, to be then provisioned to multiple users.

I am going to start trawling documents today, so if I find the answer I will post here.
