Competency Achievement Comparison Report Out

Can someone direct me to where - or how to create - a report that would show me how different employees scored on competencies within a given review template..

 

For example:

  • Competency #1 = Customer Satisfaction
  • Competency #2 = Attention to detail

..I would like to see Sam's score and comments on Customer Satisfaction compared to how Jane's score and comments on customer satisfaction..

 

I seem to be able to see how Sam did compared to Jane on the full review, but not on the bits.. I would love help finding the bits..
