Hi,
We are facing a challenging problem for which we still have not found a good solution regading the way we can define the talent review population and then filter it in the 9-box later.
Here is the context :
The population that needs to be in a talent review meeting depends mainly from the companies’ structure and aims regarding talent review.
As of now, we have found several deferent way of selecting a population by a combination of several criterions:
- Legal entity
- Organization level
Then in the 9-box the idea would be to compare those population depending 2 main criterions :
