Urgent! How to modify mobile branding css file

Hi,

I've downloaded the sample mobile branding file here and I use it in my mobile career section without any modification.

I found that the select link beside Institution field is missing. Also, the progress bar is beyond the screen limit.

Could someone tell me how to fix it?
