Hi,
What is the best practice on how Taleo should treat candidates who are already employees and who have prevously interfaced to Oracle using TCC, who then apply for a new post and TCC picks their new candidate record details to hire them, but it also picks up their old new hire record in the new hire file.
We currently using a UDF called Transfer to Oracle date field. This field is what is used by TCC and our new hire integration code to pick up any new hires in the last 24 hours. So for any people in the situation above who have applied for various jobs and are hired twice, then both of these new hired records are getting picked up in the integration.
