We built a custom interface for employee data from our ERP system to pass employee information in to Perform. For 2016, we turned the weekly interface off in order to keep employee/manager relationships correct during the review period. However, this was a huge pain, because new employees did not get set up in the system and when employees created goals for the next fiscal year they were going to the wrong manager for approval, etc.
How do others handle this?
