Hello,

Background:

In our company we have created a custom Employment References form as a User Defined Form.  It's actually a merge form that generates a PDFs based on how the candidate completes the user defined form.  It is bound to user defined fields in the Work Experience UDF catalog in reporting administration. 

Issue:

As you may realize, candidates can apply to multiple positions, and with internal transfers and rehires, may have completed the references form on multiple job submissions.  In terms of our requisition setup we are a 1-to1 company, meaning we only hire 1 candidate per requisition number in TALEO.
