While setting up the delivered ACA reports I noticed that we are missing the Pre-Defined "ACA Employee Eligible Hours" Balance mentioned in the ACA setup white paper in Doc ID 2067360.1.  Per this document, it should be pre-defined but it is missing in our Release 11 pod.  I logged an SR and per Oracle Support, this is a known bug (Bug 17956484) for customers who start their implementation on Rel 11 and were never on a prior release.  For customers who were on a prior Release (ex. Rel 10 and upgraded to Rel 11), the balance appears to be present.
