Find Reminder Email template for Task Assignment for On-Boarding

Summary

I want to change the email for the reminder for Task Assignment Reminders, but I can't find it and can't figure out how to change it

Content

OK, so I printed out my list on "Customize Onboard/Offboard: System Email Templates" and literally looked at every email template. However, I cannot find where the template is for when I am on the Onboarding Activity Assignment and click on "Send Reminder" for a task. See attached.

There are no reminders going out for Tasks assigned to "Contacts," but I can't seem to find this particular email to update and then I'm not sure where I would turn on my reminders for Tasks. I went to Onboard/Offboard Notifications and Reminders, then to Edit Contact Task Notification/Reminder and changed the email to a new one I created. However, when I hit the "Send Reminder" button, it was still using this system generated one that I can't seem to find anywhere.

Howdy, Stranger!
