Performance Management Ratings won't update dynamic columns

We are using integrated performance ratings in comp plan but any changes to performance ratings don't update the corresponding dynamic columns calculations

Hello,

For our Merit Plan, we have integrated performance management ratings where ratings from the Performance Module are updated in the Merit Plan automatically as and when submitted by the Managers in the Performance Reviews. We also have two dynamic columns for "Minimum recommended range %" and "Maximum recommended range %"  that are set to refresh as and when we 

1) Start workforce cycle

2) Refresh workforce cycle

3) Change plan data

Based on this, as the data for the "Performance Management Ratings" column updates when the Manager submits the performance reviews, the two dynamic columns should also update in value based on the calculations - but that is not the case. We have to run the refresh dynamic columns process everytime to see the updated numbers in the dynamic columns.
