Can we configure the offer approver based on the grade assigned to the requisition or offer?

We would like offers for a grade 2 or above role to have a different approval route to grades 5-3.  Is this possible and how can it be done?  I have looked at dynamic approvals as I thought this might be the solution but I couldn't see an obvious answer.
