Offer template contextualization

Seeking more granular job contextualization for offer templates. Current OLF options are too broad.

Greetings! Currently, the contextualization options for offer templates are based on OLF. Although I do want to contextualize based on JOB, "Job Category" option is not granular enough. Does anyone have a workaround for restricting offer template availability to specific job codes (or some other option more granular than "Job Category")? 

I'm curious if anyone has found a way to restrict offer template selection in a creative way. If no such option has been discovered, I'll punt this enhancement request to the Idea Lab.
