Spam Candidates in Taleo Sourcing Talent Community

One Organization/Function receiving more Talent Community members that appear to be spam candidates.

Hello,

While researching our Taleo Sourcing Talent Community metrics, we noticed that one of the Function/Organizations was receiving substantially more traffic than any other group.  Looking at the Talent Community members individually, it appears that we have thousands of Spam candidates that have been added to the Talent Community.  Has any one else had this issue?

We are wondering how to remove the spam candidates and if anyone has added a captia to keep it from occurring?
