Hi there,

I have come across a requirement where - in  addition to the direct manager (line manager) we also need another manager (matrix manager) to evaluate the performance document of the worker. The additional manager should be able to see and action everything in performance document  same as the direct manager. 

Has anybody implemented such a scenario. Also what functionality is available out-of-the-box around matrix manager in fusion HCM? Any guidelines , documents, oracle notes etc would be great.
