What is the best way to ensure that the job descriptions in Taleo (and therefore on the careers page) are in the same format?

What are people doing to ensure that the font, format, color, etc of their job descriptions are uniform?  We have provided our recruiters with templates and they try to be diligent but there are numerous cases where the font and font size vary across postings.  It seems that cut/paste can have different results depending on what tools you are using.  Is there a way to keep the content (mainly on the website) to a specific standard?  Is there HTML code or other settings we can set up that will force the job descriptions to use the same font, etc?
