Boolean Search Candidate

Summary

Am I missing something or does the boolean search fucntion just not work very well in Taleo ?

Content

I have an question, on the correct implementation of Boolean Searches in Taleo - is this working. For example, we have over 45k cadidates in Taleo, and trying to narrow down the candidates being shown is difficult with taleo's search capabilities. If I am looking for a Salesforce Developer in Taleo the only way to narrow it down is by keywords :

"+salesforce developer" +apex +Angular +html

For example if I was searching in Linkedin the same search would look as follows (and it is longer as I can narrow down the search using the AND and OR functions in Linkedin and specific phrases or titles in the search)

Howdy, Stranger!
