Hello,
I would like to know how do you manage the case when a person has two different roles (so he has 2 performance overall rating) in the same year or a person has changed the role in the same year ( so he has 2 performance overall rating).
Inside the compensation plan the person figure only 1 time (a single row) so how can we manage the case when we need to allocate 2 different amount?
