Change a Default in Advanced Search
Summary
Search defaults "External/Internal Candidate" to "Does not matter" - how can we change the default?Content
We'd like to have the Advanced Search form default the search to External Candidates rather than defaulting to "Does not matter" and searching both Externals and Internals. The goal: we do not want recruiters accidentally email soliciting employees from other business groups within the company due to some required pre-vetting rules we have in place.
Has anyone done that for that "field" or figured out a way to change that default?
Thanks in advance.
