Any helpful tips on creating a report that captures recruiter activity by requisition?Content
We're trying to develop a report that captures all recruiter activity, by recruiter by requisition, to be able to accurately measure recruiter performance during a set time period. For example, is there a way to pull data the would show how many phone screens, hires or any other activity Recruiter X performed from Date A to Date B? If the requirement for recruiters is to have them do 50 phone screens a month, is there a way to see if that is being accomplished?
