TCC - Is it possible to export an email Domain using a substring function?

Is it possible to do a substring on “hiring manager” email address to return for example @Invalidemail.com basically the @ sign and everything after the @sign on the “Hiring manager” email address (the main hiring manager). Not sure if a substring or a trim would work, but I like to confirm if there is a way to achieve something like this.
