I would like to know the location of Performance Document Manager for BIP report

Content

I have a BIP report where the user, manager's name, and the last completed step of the performance document.  I would like to add the manager name and email address of the manager who is actually evaluating the performance document to the data model.

What table and field is the performance manager located in?
