Taleo user defined fields

Hi,

in taleo configuration->Taleo recruiting Administration->candidate fields->create user defined feld and show user defined field two option is there.i clicked on create user defined->clicked on type more listed options is there i choosen shift i added general shift and save it.is there didnt add my option general shift.

also candidate fields->person information->i clcked on shift option i want to see which i added.there is not available what i added.

its displayed on show user defined.in tis place i have one doubt i checked both places i did nt see my option.y i did see in show user defined place?
