Our rejection correspondence just stopped working. It still works in our STG environment but not in PROD. It is the same exact trigger event based on Candidate Status Workflow at All steps. Has this happened to anyone else and were you able to resolve? We figured out a workaround, which was creating new rejection correspondence but it just seems odd.
