Duplication of req changes the req type?

Summary

A Campus req was duplicated, it displays as Hourly but behaves like a Campus req

Content

We had a recruiter duplicate a "Campus" req type. After duplication, the req type changed to "Hourly" req type. Is there a way for the recruiter to change the req type somehow during or post-duplication? I don’t think that is possible so I am not sure what occurred. The req behaves as a sourcing req (no steps available past Screening) but it is labeled in Taleo as an Hourly req. Can anyone offer some insight as to how this might have occurred? Did the recruiter do something/change something during the duplication process to cause this? Is there a bug, or is there something
