In the hiring process, many changes are afoot to insure compliance with Equal Pay / Compensation legislation.  It may soon be considered illegal to even ask candidates about their current and/or prior compensation information. Talent Acquisition Hiring Systems will need to adapt in order to ensure compliance.  Two questions:
