Hello -
I want to add additional conditions in the performance management approval process, so that when the top manager (e.g. CEO) does performance appraisal for his directs it goes to the HR Director.
What additional rule would I need to write ? Is there a list where I can find all the attributes that I can use to build a rule.
As of now, the approval is set to follow management hierarchy up to manager's manager.
