Talent Review - Select Review Participants

Looking for a way to upload Review Participants into the Talent Review Meeting?  It appears the only way to add Participants is using the Select and Add search.  We are looking for similar functionality for adding the review population using an Analysis.  I reviewed the HDL templates and don't see one for Talent Review.
