We are going to utilize fusion to implement a formal mid-year evaluation. I am wondering what form structure (goal, competencies, overall; associate and manager comments, etc.) and workflow (associate eval, manager eval, confirm meeting held, etc.) you have used. What successes and what challenges have you faced using that form structure and workflow?
