Process owner other than requisition owners

Hi

 

Our recruiters all work on the same requisitions, and the one starting an on boarding process is not necessarily identified in the requisition. We'd like, therefore, to use the person triggering the process as the owner or supervisor of the process in Transitions.

We've tried using a functional role, but as all recruiters will have it, the system does not use the person triggering the process, but the first in the list or the default.

Any idea or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
