Data Privacy Agreement in Fusion

Is it a way to accommodate privacy agreement in Fusion?

Hi,

We are looking for a way to integrate the data privacy agreement in the Fusion Talent Management tool so that we can capture the employee agreement/consent to share their information for Talent Management's purpose before they update their Talent Profile.

I know right now Fusion does not support data privacy agreement like it does for Taleo (in Taleo, end users can select whether they agree/decline before getting to the Taleo system), does anyone have any workaround/suggestion on how you handle privacy agreement in Fusion?
