Count Using Historical Motive and Historical Status

Need to be able to count candidates with specific motive earlier in process and went through a specific later status


We have a report request to show the number of interviews broken down by the type of resource (e.g. number of candidates interviewed, number of existing employees interviewed, etc.)  Because we need to track the type of the resource on a particular submission, we use a motive on an earlier CSW status that we use to designate this.    

The formula below works fine when I need to count the types and use the Historical Status Name that the motive is associated with -
