Employee cannot delete a goal

Employee is unable to delete a draft goal which has been saved but not yet submitted to manager for approval.

Hi All,

Is there anyway we can allow employee's to be able to delete any draft goals or Cancel goals that they haven't yet submitted to their manager for approval? The employee can see only Align option within the drop down arrow.

As an admin, only pending goal plans can be approved or deleted and I'm unable to find employee goals that were just saved but not yet submitted for approval.
