User Defined Field - Type

Hello,

When a User Defined Field(UDF) is created, how to identify that it is of Type Text/Number/Date/Selection without editing the UDF. I would like to have the UDF Type displayed in the columns itself against each of the UDF, so that we can save time. Attached is the screenshot.

Any idea/work around?
