Unable to find Segregation of Dutis Menu in Security Console

Hi All,

I was going through the Oracle Release Content Guide (R11_Common_Tech_RCD.pdf) and it says that there is a New Menu 'Segregation of Duties' available in Release 11.

I am on Application Release 11 :

Oracle Application Development Framework	JDEVADF_11.1.1.7.11ADF-FAREL11-BP_GENERIC_160715.0553.6989
Oracle Middleware Extensions for Applications	ATGPF_11.1.1.7.5_GENERIC_160807.2111.REL11ONEOFFB9       Database Compatibility TRUE (REL11ONEOFFB8)

but could not find the same under Security console.

Wondering if you guys were able to find the same

Letme know if am doing something wrong
