Collaborator cannot see requisitions they collaborate on?

Collaborator cannot see requisitions they collaborate on?Content
We have hiring manager collaborators who cannot see under Requisitions the requisitions they collaborate on. The Quick Filters also doesn't display Requisitions "I own" or "I own or collaborate on." Does anyone know why this could be happening?
