Hello,
In a proposed Onboarding process I have a content page being sent to the candidate to uploaded requested documents during their onboarding process but we have a couple dilemmas in this process...
1. In the case where a candidate needs to upload more than one document; what is the best suggested path so that multiple documents can be uploaded for one candidate?
2. The current process has the content page assigned to the candidate who receives the task to upload the document via the career section however the majority of our candidates are not on a desktop nor do they have the requested documents readily available for upload when they are completing their tasks. To provide a better end-user experience, we want to send the content page task to a specific group role and have that group upload the documents. Does anyone know if the content page can be assigned to a group, and if so how will the group be able to upload
